The clinic features English language support, on-site parking, and barrier-free accessibility. Operating hours are 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with Tuesday morning hours ending at 10:30 AM. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, holidays, and for about 7 days during the mid-August Obon period. For new contact lens purchases or prescriptions, patients must complete examination and diagnosis before scheduling an appointment; same-day prescriptions are not available. For eyeglass or contact lens adjustments, patients must arrive at least one hour before reception closes, and depending on the situation, a return visit may be required.
