Momokai Kadokura Clinic, located in Kamihawana, Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, is a medical facility specializing in internal medicine, orthopedics, and plastic surgery. Since its establishment in 1947, it has continued to provide community healthcare services next to Katori Shrine. The clinic offers departments including lifestyle disease internal medicine, gastroenterology, and surgery, and also provides preventive medicine services such as various cancer screenings, comprehensive health checkups, and corporate health examinations. Consultation hours are 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM on weekdays and Saturdays, and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays only. The clinic is closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays. Embracing the concept of "medical nutrition and exercise" for the prevention and treatment of lifestyle diseases, the clinic approaches healthcare through the integration of medical care, diet, and exercise. As part of these initiatives, in April 2019, the clinic opened "Kadokura Medical Fitness MOVE ON" on the second floor, a disease prevention exercise facility where Japan Medical Association-certified health sports doctors, registered dietitians, and health exercise instructors collaborate to provide a safe and accessible environment for elderly patients and those with chronic conditions. The clinic supports English language services, accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and offers parking and barrier-free facilities.
