Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with reception available from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays. Reception may end earlier depending on congestion. For examinations, the clinic performs laryngeal fiber endoscopy and standard pure tone audiometry, addressing common ENT symptoms such as ear pain, hearing loss, runny nose, nasal congestion, throat pain, and coughing. Consultations are available regarding oral antihistamines, nasal sprays, and sublingual immunotherapy, with treatment for allergic symptoms including hay fever. Pediatric ENT conditions are also treated, and picture books are provided in the waiting room. A LINE appointment reservation system allows patients to secure their place before visiting, enabling smoother consultations. The clinic has 4 free parking spaces behind the building and accepts electronic payments. English-speaking services are available.
