Appointments are not required—patients receive a number through same-day phone reception or at the counter and are seen in order. Phone reception hours are set by time period: morning visits are accepted from 9:00 to 11:30, and afternoon visits from 15:00 to 17:30. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, closed on Thursdays, Sundays, holidays, during summer, and year-end/New Year periods. Any temporary closures are announced on the official website. The medical team is led by Dr. Keiko Nishiura and Dr. Kaoruko Nishiura, with Dr. Hideki Kato and Dr. Kazue Kawai also providing care. Clinic hours are 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning and 14:30 to 18:00 in the afternoon. Cashless payments are accepted, including credit cards and transportation IC cards.
