Kubota Orthopedic Clinic is an orthopedic clinic located in Sawara, Katori City, Chiba Prefecture, situated at the foot of Suwa Shrine. The clinic also emphasizes preventive medicine, offering influenza and shingles vaccinations, health checkups, and bone density tests. Brain screenings are also available. The facility features a parking lot and is barrier-free accessible. Payment methods include credit cards and electronic payment. The clinic is certified by the Japan Medical Association as an infectious disease control facility, and began using My Number cards for insurance verification in April 2024.
