For infectious conditions, they address fever, headache, sore throat, runny nose, cough, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. The clinic operates with closing times at 10:20 AM for non-infectious appointments, 11:50 AM for infectious appointments, and 5:50 PM for afternoon visits. A same-day reservation system is in place, and patients are required to complete an online questionnaire within 30 minutes of making a reservation. Vaccine reservations are accepted for DPT vaccine and mumps vaccine. The clinic offers English support, parking availability, and barrier-free facilities. However, they do not treat pediatric surgical injuries or cuts and bleeding from falls; such conditions require visiting a surgery department.
