Kazawa Clinic, located in Suehirocho, Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, is a medical facility that provides internal medicine, surgery, dermatology, and proctology services. On Tuesdays, examinations are conducted by a respiratory specialist. Operating hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with additional hours on Monday and Friday from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. On Tuesday and Wednesday, consultations are accepted until 6:00 PM. Saturday offers morning-only consultations. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays. For early diagnosis of infections and inflammation, an automated blood cell counter and CRP measurement device have been introduced, enabling complete white blood cell count and CRP quantification in approximately 4 minutes. Additional diagnostic equipment includes vascular age measurement, ultrasound diagnostic device, CR imaging, X-ray, and electronic medical record monitoring. Four health checkup courses are available: Course A (4,000 yen), Course B (8,500 yen), Course C (10,000 yen), and Course D (3,000 yen). Results for Courses A and D are available on the day of examination. Routine preventive vaccinations include DPT, DT, MR, and Japanese encephalitis. English services are available, and credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments are accepted. Parking and barrier-free access are provided. Appointments are not required.
