Clinic Director Dr. Ryonosuke Yamaga, a graduate of the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine, has specialized in comprehensive medical care for the elderly as a geriatrician and holds certifications as a specialist in geriatric medicine and dementia care. Since obtaining his medical license in 2004, he has continued to specialize in geriatrics, serving as director of Tsubasa Home Clinic in Funabashi City from 2015 to 2022. He respects the values and beliefs of each patient and their family, providing medical care that supports a peaceful life. Working closely with care managers, home helpers, visiting nurses, pharmacists, and physical therapists, they support patients' treatment and care as a team. The clinic is barrier-free and provides services in English.
