Myoden Kudaka Internal Medicine and Respiratory Clinic is a medical clinic primarily specializing in internal medicine, respiratory medicine, and allergy, located in Shioyaki, Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. The clinic is conveniently situated a 7-minute walk from Myoden Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and provides parking for 4 vehicles at the rear of the building. Although the name was changed in January 2026, there have been no changes to the medical care system, and since its establishment in 1986, the clinic has been providing community-rooted medical care in the Myoden and Gyotoku areas. In addition to internal medicine, respiratory medicine, and allergy departments, the clinic also handles gastroenterology and cardiology, offering a wide range of medical services. Clinic hours are 9:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 9:00-12:00 on Saturdays. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays, as well as during summer and year-end/New Year periods. Windows may be opened for ventilation within the clinic for infection prevention, and wearing a mask is required when visiting. Those bringing health screening results, referral letters from other medical institutions, or medication notebooks are required to present them at the reception. Additionally, English language services are available.
