The director, motivated by personal experience with atopic dermatitis since childhood, chose dermatology to apply those insights to patient care. Since opening in 2013, the clinic has been committed to listening carefully to patients and considering optimal treatment approaches from multiple perspectives. Clinic hours are split into two weekday shifts (10:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00) and 10:00-17:00 on Saturdays, making it convenient to visit after work or school. Multiple physicians are available on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and Saturday afternoons, including female doctors, allowing flexibility in physician selection. The clinic also offers English-language consultations and accepts credit cards and electronic payments, reflecting a strong emphasis on convenience.
