Yamanaka Clinic, located in Magomecho, Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, is a clinic specializing in internal medicine. Clinic hours are 9:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00 Monday through Thursday, and 9:00-12:00 on Friday. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays, and holidays. Saturday afternoon consultations are held once a month on an irregular reservation basis. Diagnostic facilities include blood tests, urine tests, X-rays, ECGs, as well as 24-hour Holter monitoring, sleep apnea testing, and rapid influenza testing. In 2023, an HbA1c rapid measurement device was introduced, enabling faster testing. Online consultations began in 2020. The clinic has parking, is fully accessible, and offers services in English.
