Located in the Midori Ward of Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Chiba Children's Hospital is the only specialized comprehensive pediatric medical facility in Chiba Prefecture. Outpatient care is provided for patients who are difficult to treat at general medical facilities, and appointments are required. With 12 internal medicine departments and 10 surgical departments, as well as anesthesiology, rehabilitation, and radiology departments, the hospital offers outpatient and inpatient care, and is equipped with a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The Child and Family Support Center provides cross-departmental support for regional medical coordination, admission and discharge support, and home medical care support. To accommodate emergency and critically ill pediatric patients, infection control measures and bed reassignment are implemented according to medical conditions. Barrier-free parking is available, and credit cards and electronic payments are accepted. Services are available in multiple languages, including English and Korean.
