Chiba General Hospital is a medical facility located in Makuharicho, Hanamigawa Ward, Chiba City, originating from Okuyama Clinic which opened in 1947. With the cooperation of local residents, it was established in 1976 as a 106-bed hospital. Guided by the philosophy that "lives must not be discriminated against based on financial status," it operates as a 24-hour hospital protecting the lives and health of patients and local residents in the Makuhari area. Outpatient care is provided at the adjacent Makuhari Clinic, with morning hours from 8:30 to 11:00, and afternoon hours from 13:30 to 16:00, Monday through Thursday. Evening outpatient hours are available on Fridays from 17:30 to 19:45, and emergency cases are handled at the hospital.
