As a secondary emergency hospital, it participates in the city's rotational emergency system, responding to traffic accidents and work-related injuries 24 hours a day. Outpatient services are available from Monday through Saturday, with consultation hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays. During the New Year period, it will be closed from December 29 to January 3. Reception hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. First-time patients must complete a medical history form and obtain a number ticket. The hospital has parking facilities and offers English language services. The staff is dedicated to daily improvement of medical care with sincerity. Starting March 2, 2026, the front entrance opening time will change to 8:00 AM.
