Narumi Clinic, located in Minamikawabata-cho, Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, has been serving the community as an internal medicine clinic since its establishment in 2001. The clinic also provides objective asthma diagnosis through exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) measurement and offers inhaled corticosteroid treatment based on test data. A smoking cessation clinic is available, and the entire facility is non-smoking with air purifiers installed. The clinic offers medical services in English and can issue English medical certificates.
