Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:20 AM to 4:30 PM, and Wednesday and Saturday until 11:30 AM. The facility is closed on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, as well as Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays. In addition to providing a wide range of services including day care (day service), home-visit care, home-visit nursing and medical care, in-home care support, and the comprehensive community support center, the facility also houses health promotion facilities utilizing Kantaiyama Onsen. Since autumn 2012, the mobile health promotion vehicle 'Genki-desu Car' has been traveling throughout Higashidori Village, creating opportunities for residents to think about their health in familiar settings.
