Yamamoto Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Futagawa-cho, Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. Since opening in 1962, the clinic has a history of serving the local community. Since 1996, the current director, who has gained extensive experience in Tokyo, has joined the practice, establishing a medical system with two physicians. Clinic hours are from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with Thursday afternoons being closed. The clinic is closed on Sundays, holidays, during the Obon break from August 11th to 16th, and during the New Year holidays from December 29th to January 4th. The clinic performs gastroscopy examinations, allowing direct observation of the stomach in approximately 15 minutes. Results are explained on-site after the examination, and if a tissue biopsy is required, a report is prepared in about two weeks. The clinic supports digital healthcare initiatives and has introduced online eligibility verification, electronic prescriptions, and electronic medical record sharing services. With the use of My Number insurance cards, the clinic can utilize medical history and medication information during consultations. For medications where generic alternatives are available, the clinic may prescribe based on generic names. The facility is barrier-free and includes parking.
