The clinic provides an English-speaking environment to minimize language barriers. With a community-focused approach, the clinic aims not only to relieve pain but also to prioritize preventive care for maintaining oral health. Rather than treating teeth individually, the clinic values communication with patients, listening to their opinions to determine the best treatment approach. The clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and offers parking and barrier-free facilities for convenient access. The clinic is closed on Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon, with alternative Thursday appointments held during holiday weeks.
