The clinic operates from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Treatment is provided from Monday to Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The clinic is closed on Thursdays and Sundays. When a public holiday falls during the week, treatment is offered on Thursday instead. The clinic is also closed on public holidays, during the 5-day Obon period, and for 5 to 7 days at the end of the year and beginning of the new year. The clinic operates on a complete appointment system and also accepts emergency patients. English-language services are available, and credit cards and electronic payments are accepted.
