Uesugi Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Okazawa-morimae, Midori-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. Rubella antibody testing is available with Nagoya City subsidy. For influenza vaccination, both traditional injection and FluMist (nasal vaccine) are offered. COVID-19 PCR testing is also performed. As part of infection control measures, patients with respiratory symptoms such as cough or sputum, fever, or general fatigue are requested to contact by phone upon arrival and wait in their car in the parking lot or in a separate room. This response is charged as in-hospital triage implementation fee in accordance with Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare requirements. The facility features a parking lot and barrier-free accessibility. English language support is available.
