Takeda Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology Clinic, located in Toyokunidori, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, was founded in 1957 as "Takeda Internal Medicine and Pediatrics" and was rebuilt and relaunched in 1997 under its current director, Dr. Nobuhiko Takeda, as a community-based clinic specializing in internal medicine and gastroenterology. The director trained at the First Department of Internal Medicine at Nagoya University School of Medicine and specialized in gastroenterology at multiple core hospitals, holding numerous qualifications including Honorary Instructor of the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society and Gastroenterological Endoscopy Specialist.
