Director Dr. Masato Usui holds certifications as an emergency medicine specialist and cardiovascular surgery specialist, and handles a wide range of conditions including heart and vascular diseases, lifestyle-related illnesses, general malaise, and skin problems. The clinic provides accurate diagnoses that do not overlook serious conditions and maintains a referral network with general hospitals, ensuring patients can seek consultation with confidence even when specialized medical care is needed. English-language consultations are available, making it easy for those who are not comfortable with Japanese to receive care. In terms of accessibility, the clinic offers a parking lot accommodating 12 vehicles and is equipped with barrier-free facilities. It is conveniently located not only for residents of Meito Ward but also for those from Chikusa and Moriyama Wards. Consultation hours are mornings (9:00–12:00) and afternoons (15:30–18:30) on weekdays and Saturdays, with morning consultations also available on Sundays, accommodating those who find it difficult to visit during the week.
