In 2020, the directorship was passed to Dr. Yoshiki Kobayashi, and medical care is now provided under a new system. Dr. Kobayashi graduated from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine and later studied as a French government scholarship student at the Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, Paris 8 University, specializing in Lacanian psychoanalysis.
