Director Dr. Takayoshi Tsuboi graduated from the Nagoya University School of Medicine and accumulated approximately 30 years of clinical experience as a surgeon at several core hospitals, including Gifu Prefectural Tajimi Hospital and National Higashi-Nagoya Hospital. The clinic provides care for a wide range of conditions, from common illnesses such as colds and abdominal pain to the diagnosis and treatment of lifestyle diseases including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, and actively offers home visits and home medical care for bedridden patients. In recent years, the clinic has introduced DXA-method X-ray examinations for osteoporosis screening and established a headache outpatient clinic staffed by a neurosurgeon, steadily broadening the scope of its services. The clinic also handles fever outpatient visits, various vaccinations, and health checkups, serving as a designated facility for Konan City's health examinations and cancer screenings to support the health management of local residents. Consultations operate on a priority appointment basis, with the clinic closed on Wednesday afternoons, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays.
